All "Sale" Items are Final

All items purchased from MyGlamourCloset.com are eligible for only an exchange if there is a manufacture defect for your items.

You have 2 business days from the date you received your order to request an exchange for a manufacture defective item. Please make sure to check your items upon receiving. We will not accept any exchanges past the 2-business day mark.

We will reserve the right to request for pictures, in situations where applicable, to verify any claimed damages/manufacturer defective items or wrong items sent.

Items must be returned with the original packaging and in original condition. Any items return to us without the original packaging and/or in bad condition, will be refused and returned to sender. We do not accept back items in worn or used conditions. Any indications on the product which shows signs of usage (ie: perfume smell, deodorant marks, visible stains) will be refused and sent back to sender. No exceptions will be made.

MyGlamour.com will not consider a size issue as a manufacture defect, so please make sure of sizing when you order your item.

No Exchanges will be accepted without proof of purchase.

All Purchases made with gift certificates/store credit cannot be returned.
